  • Cutup Department - 1st Shift-$13.65/hr & 2nd shift-$13.90/hr
  • Evisceration Department – 1st Shift-$14.15/hr  &  3rd shift- $14.65/hr
  • CAS Department- 1st Shift-$14.40/hr & 3rd Shift-$14.90/hr
  • Tray Pack Department – 2nd Shift- $13.90
  • Ground Turkey Department- 2nd Shift- $13.90
  • Distribution- 2nd Shift- $14.15

JOB SUMMARY

The Production Associate performs a variety of manual or machine-assisted, repetitive tasks to produce turkey products, turkey parts, ready-to-cook turkey products, and ready-to-eat turkey products.

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • No minimum education requirement
  • No previous work experience required
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
  • Must be eligible to work legally in the United States

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Standing for up to 3-4 hours at a time (time between breaks, and then from last break until end of shift)
  • Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to sixty (60) pounds
  • Ability to grip, grasp, and lift repetitively through the course of the work day
  • Operating hand- held and/or mechanical machinery
  • Ability to wear all personal protective equipment (PPE) and hygiene equipment, including but not limited to steel mesh guards, bump cap/hard hat, steel-toed footwear, hearing protection, smock, and gloves
