DaVita Kidney Care is holding a hiring event in Spokane for local outpatient dialysis centers.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Direct patient care and building long-term patient relationships in an intimate outpatient setting
  • To monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup 
    • You will have exposure to blood and needles
  • A team that feels and functions like a family
    • Work alongside and support technicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers, physicians and the center manager

 COMPENSATION:

  • Experiential pay and competitive pay rates

 SCHEDULE (VARIES BY LOCATION):

  • 10–12-hour shifts; 3-4 days a week
  • Monday-Saturday (rotating Saturdays)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum age of 18
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service, compassion, and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow technical processes
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
  • Permanent US work authorization
