Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of two years of catastrophic injury/illness case management experience including onsite case management experience (workers' compensation case management experience preferred)
  • Case management or clinical experience in the following areas:

           1.  Acquired brain injury
           2.  Spinal cord injury
           3.  Multiple trauma (including amputation)
           4.  Burn injury

  • Workers Compensation Board recognized/certified catastrophic provider in states where statutorily required
  • National certification or advanced specialty credentials (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRRN, CRC, RN-BC) strongly preferred
  • Bilingual: Spanish-speaking ability strongly preferred
